Pressure sensors and vacuum sensors are required in many industrial and process engineering processes. Pressure sensors can be pressure switches on the one hand and pressure transmitters or transducers on the other.
A pressure switch or vacuum switch closes or opens a switching contact as soon as a preset pressure is reached. A pressure switch can be used, for example, to control a solenoid valve if it is to open or close at a certain pressure. In contrast, a pressure transmitter or transducer converts the physical quantity of pressure into a standardized industrial signal (e.g. 1-10 V or 4-20 mA). Based on the output voltage or current, the pressure value can be read.
High quality pressure sensors and vacuum sensors from MP-SENSOR
Pressure sensors are available from MP-SENSOR in numerous designs. Different designs are available, which are all characterized by an extremely compact, space-saving construction. The designs differ, among other things, with regard to the housing material, the number and type of outputs, and the ease of operation. The measuring range, the electrical connection and the fluid connection can be freely selected for most designs. Furthermore, many different options complete the wide MP-SENSOR product portfolio of pressure sensors and vacuum sensors.
Thanks to the intelligent and versatile configuration options, MP-SENSOR sensors can be easily adapted to most individual customer requirements. If you still can't find a suitable product in our range, please feel free to contact us regarding a special development.
